Install Ambient Analyser Project

This is huge Environmental ECO project which Analysis/ Convert Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl Benzene,Xylene,Styrene,1,3 Butadiene,H2S in the Ambient Atmosphere. It is mandatory requirement for all refineries which comes under the pollution norms and conditions. Inbuilt UV source were the add on this project.
Steam Tracing project in RCO Jump over Line
Client: Yanbu Refinery, Saudi Aramco and the China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec)

Install Steam tracing system in the 500 meter pipe of RCO line. Steam tracing is a form of heat tracing that circulates steam around process pipes to keep the process media within a specific temperature range. Tracer lines are the tubing that carries the steam alongside the process pipe.
Install LEL Horn and Beacon

It is an extension of existing LEL Alarm system in the LPG area of Refinery. The Construction of the LEL devices such as Horn and Beacon and its commissioning was in the scope.

The Purpose of CDS is for hydrocarbon plants to ensure that all liquids can be drained safely with minimum risk of fire or injury. A Closed Drain system is the Collection system consisting of piping and vessels connected to selected hydrocarbon drains for the Containment recovery or safe disposal of collected liquids, which would otherwise cause hazardous releases of hydrocarbon or H2S to the atmosphere or to OWDS.
Scope:
Installation of Cables, Instruments, Tubing and design for Field devices was the Scope. Pre commissioning and commissioning also were in the Scope of PSC and successfully completed it.
